The 4th stage is the "Queen’s Stage" of this year's ΔΕΗ Tour of Hellas 2025, starting from the picturesque port of Nea Artaki. The first climbing sprint will take place in the Dirfi mountain range, followed by the second climbing sprint after the village of Stropones. As the route continues along the Chalkida–Aliveri Avenue, the flat sprint will be held in Chalkida. Entering the old Athens–Chalkida National Road, after Aulona, the third climbing sprint will take place in Agios Merkourios. The stage will be concluded at the Olympic Village and the Olympians' Square. The 4th stage is 185.95 km long with an elevation gain of 3,764 meters.
