Τhe 6 UCI ProTeams set to compete in the PPC Tour of Hellas 2026 will be joined by 12 UCI Continental teams that have confirmed their participation in this year’s race, underlining the event’s professional status and the organising committee’s ongoing efforts to further elevate the Tour.
The Tour of Hellas 2026, Greece’s premier road cycling event, is delivered to the highest international standards and will feature 20 teams in total. Eighteen of these are professional outfits, with the remaining two being the national teams of Greece and Cyprus.
The inclusion of UCI Continental teams further strengthens the competitive field. These squads maintain a consistent presence on the international calendar and feature riders experienced in demanding races, with a strong record of results.
Taking place from 6 to 10 May, the race comprises five stages that traverse a range of scenic and historically significant regions across Greece, adding to the event’s prestige.
The Tour will begin in Ioannina, a city renowned for its picturesque lake, with the opening stage finishing in Agrinio. Stage 2 will see riders travel from Karpenisi to Larissa, followed by Stage 3 from Volos to Lamia. Stage 4 will start in Atalanti and culminate with a climb to Mount Parnitha, passing through iconic locations including Thermopylae and Gorgopotamos. The final stage, on 10 May, will start in Piraeus and conclude with a grand finish in Athens’ Syntagma Square.

Last year, they celebrated 26 victories, including the GC in the Giro Bitva Warszawska in Poland (cat. 2.2) with the Czech Martin Voltr, one in the Giro Szeklerland in Romania (2.2) with the Czech Dominik Neuman and another one in Dukola Mazowska, also in Poland (2.2) courtesy of another Czech, Simon Vanicek. They were among the teams entering the ΔΕΗ Tour of Hellas in 2025. Their best placing in the GC, was Marcin Budzinski’s (Poland) 14th place.
In brief

They spent many years as a domestic team, before being promoted to Continental level in 2020. In 2023 they won the yellow jersey at the Tour of Bulgaria with Czech Michal Schuran. It is a team that evolves every year and competes with Lapierre bikes.

In 2025 they achieved six wins, including the prologue in the Tour of Istanbul (1.2) with German Oliver Mattheis, Stage 3 in the Tour of Sibiu in Romania (1.2) with another German, Anton Schiffer and the Tour of Iran (1.2), with victories in Stage 1 by Dawit Yemane from Eritrea and in Stage 3 with his fellow compatriot Miklas Maekele. In last year's ToH, the versatile Schiffer ranked fourth in the GC, tenth in the points classification, and fourth in the KoM classification.

In brief
An experienced team which first competed at national level and turned to Continental in 2014, having earned many accolades ever since. The yellow jersey they won in 2014 at the Tour of Cameroon by Namibian Dan Craven and the Grand Prix Chantal Biya by Mekseb Debesay (Eritrea) stand out. They have as well won the yellow jersey in 2017 at the Tour of Cameroon with Nikodemus Holler (Germany), in 2019 at the Tour of Mersin (Turkey) with Peter Koning (Netherlands), as well as a pink jersey in 2020 at the Tour of Thailand with Holler. They use Cinelli bikes.

In 2025, they snatched a victory in the Czech road championship (MU) with Stepan Zahalka. Last year, they competed in ToH under the name Elkov - Kasper, and Tomas Pridal stood out. The young Czech won the jersey for the Best Young Rider and was eleventh in the GC. Moreover, he was 13th in points’ and 10th in the mountains’ classification, while in Stage 4 he finished fourth.

In brief
An experienced team, which has already been around for 24 years. They acquired Continental status in 2010. They started as PSK-Unit Expert, in 2020 they were renamed Elkov Kasper and since 2026 they are known as Kasper Crypro4me. In 2007, their rider Giorgos Tentsos won the Greek Time Trial Championship. Among its distinctions, excel the yellow jersey at the Tour of the Czechia with Czech Josef Cerny, in 2021 at the Tour of Malopolska (Poland) with Czech Schlegel, and in 2022 at the Tour of Loire-et-Cher (France) with Czech Michal Kukrle. They compete with Raymon bikes.

In 2025 they celebrated 12 victories. Among them, was the first place in Stage 3 of the Tour of Bulgaria (2.2) courtesy of the Greek champion Nikiforos Arvanitou. Mihajlo Stolics victories in the first part of Stage 1 of the Tour of Serbia (2.2) and in Stage 2 of the Tour of Bulgaria (2.2) are other team’s highlight performances. The Serbian also became national champion in ME, MU MU-ITT.

In brief
It was founded as an amateur team and last year was promoted to the UCI Continental category. They have two Greeks in their line-up; Arvanitou and Nikolaos - Michael Drakos. Both competed with the Greek national team in last year’s ToH. Arvanitou started 2026 in fashion with victories in the Grand Prix of Rhodes (1.2), Stage 2 of the Tour of Rhodes (2.2) and Stage 2 in the Tour of Mersin (2.2). Their strategic sponsor is Bahrain Victorious and they use Cervelo bikes.

In 2025, they won once with the Italian Giacomo Ballabio at Stage 3 of the Tour of Taiwan. In last year's ToH, their best outcome came by Austrian Riccardo Zoidl, who was eighth in the GC and eighth as well in Stage 4.

In brief
Among their riders’ top performances are the wins they secured in 2015 at the Tour of Székely (Romania) with the Austrian Clemens Fankhauser, a victory that was replicated n 2017 by Austrian --born in the Netherlands-- Patrick Bosman and another one in 2019 with the German Jonas Rapp. The latter had won the Tour of Friuli-Venezia Giulia in 2021. They compete in Hrinkow bikes.

In 2025, they celebrated one victory at the National Road Championship (MU) of Cyprus with Bogdan Zabelinskiy.

In brief
A new team, based in Etsuka in New South Wales, Australia. It is a city crossed by the Murray River and is widely known for housing the largest fleet of riverboats. Their naming sponsors are the clothing and footwear company Cycleur De Luxe and the car sales company Auto Stroo, based in Belgium. They ride with Atom 6 bicycles.

In 2025, they won five times, with the first place by Dane Kasper Andersen in the Giro di Biella, which takes place between Turin and Biella, standing out. Road cycling champions in their respective national championships were crowned Italian Filippo Conca (ME) and Namibian Alex Miller (ME & ME – ITT).

In brief
A new team, which started dynamically its campaign. They earned Continental status in 2016 and found themselves in the spotlight with the victory in the Italian road championship as well as with the agreement with CADEX and Giant bicycles. The foundations of the team were set in 2013 by the former professional skier Carlo Beretta, who later got involved in cycling. It is basically a sportswear company selling mainly cycling, triathlon and running. They are based in Barzano, in the Lombardy region.

This year they won twice; the GC in the Tour of Metek Olympia in the Netherlands (2.2) with the Dane Mads Andersen and Stage 5 stage with another Dane, Matias Malmberg.

In 2025 they celebrated three victories; one in Luxembourg in the Tour of Flès du Sud (2.2) with the Dutchman Martijn Rasenberg and two in the Tour of Lake Poyang (2.2) in China with another Dutchman, Nils Sinschek in Stages 3 and 8. Last year they participated in the ToH under the name Parkhotel Valkenburg. Dutchman Philip Heijnen was ranked 44th in the GC. The Belgian Mathis Avondts had a dynamic start with 6th place in Stage 1, and ranked 23rd in the points classification, while Dutchman Lukas Vries was 21st in the KoM classification and 13th in the young riders’ rankings. Avondts and Vries are set to compete in the ToH 2026.

In brief
A strong team that gradually evolves. Since 2024 they bear again their original name. In the intervening years they were called Monkey Town (2017-2019) and Abloc (2020-2023). Among their biggest accolades, the GC of the Tour of Romania in 2019 with the Dutchman Alex Moolenaar stands out. This year they won once with Avondts in the race van Zwolle in the Netherlands (1.2). They use Tavelo bikes.

They won six times in 2025, all in the Tour of Cameroon. German Lucas Carstensen crossed the finish line first in Stages 2, 3, 9 and 10 and his compatriot, Jan Muzer in Stages 5 and 8.

In brief
They were founded in 2023 after the merger of German Bundesliga teams Hanau - Storck and Wheelsports Metropol and received a UCI Continental team license. Their main sponsor is the bike company Storck Bicycle. Their first international victory came in 2023 with the German Niklas Bahrens who won Stage 1 of the Tour of Flanders (2.2U).

This year they acquired Britton Matthew Walls, who last competed with the Pro Tour team Groupama. The 27-year-old was a crowned Olympic champion in Tokyo in the Omnium and won silver in Madison. So far, in 2026, another transferee, the Mexican Edgar David Cadena, achieved their biggest success, a sixth place in the Ardennes circuit (2.2). The 25-year-old came from Continental team, Petrolike. The team races on Storck bikes.

In 2025, they snatched four victories; in the Tour of Huangshan in China (2.1) with the Dutchman Jeroen Meijers, who also won Stage 3 of the Tour of Salalah in Oman (2.2 - Oman) and Stage 1 of the Tour of Banyuwangi Itzen in Indonesia (2.2). Filipino Marcelo Felipe was crowned Road Race champion (ME) in his homeland. They participated in last year's ToH with Spaniard’s Eugenio Sanchez Lopez achieved the best rank (56th) in the GC.

In brief
Initially they participated in races in Asia. They started their European adventure in 2024 at the Giro Malopolska in Poland (2.2). They have already achieved a victory in 2026 at the Philippines Road Championship (MU) with Mark Baruelo. They compete with Specialized bikes.

In 2025, they celebrated four victories in Stage 4 of the Tour of the Czech Republic (2.1) with German Jannis Peter, who had also won Stage 4 of the Tour of Oberösterreich Rudfarth (2.2), while Italian Alexander Konychev snatched victories in the GC and in Stage 1 of the Tour of Malopolska (2.2). Swiss rider Colin Stussi was fifth in the GC and 12th in the mountains’ classification in last year's ToH. Additionally, Italian Alexander Konychev was 22nd in points and 8th in the final stage.

In brief
The oldest team participating in the ToH. Among its former members who had competed with them is Vassilis Anastopoulos, one of the top Greek riders of all-time and winner of the 2003 ToH. At that time, they competed under the name Volksbank (they renamed to Vorarlberg in 2009) and won Stage 2 of ToH as well. They also won the Greek National Championship in 2004 and in 2005. Other accolades of the team include victories in the Tour of Austria in 2015 with the Spaniard Victor de la Parte, in the Oberosterreich Rundfahrt race (2.2) in 2021 with the Frenchman Alexis Guerin, and in 2023 in the Tour of Portugal with Stussi.

Strong performances in 2025, saw them winning silver at the Greek Road Cycling Championship (MJ) with Theofanis Kyritsis, who was fifth in the MJ – ITT as well. The Italian Alessio Gasparini was 10th in the GC in the Tour of Albania (2.2) and was 3rd in Stage 4.

In brief
They were founded with the aim of strengthening and promoting cycling in Ioannina and the region of Epirus. They have participated in many local and national races and recently started competed outside Greece; in 2025 in Albania and in 2026 in the Belgrade - Banja Luka race (2.2). This will be their first ToH appearance, in a year that they also brought riders from other places than Greece. Besides the 27-year-old Gasparini, a few days ago they acquired 22-year-old Saudi Azzam Alabdulmunim. They compete with Thomus bikes.
